Adult Fun
Wild Berry Cider: A robust Cider on all levels, the berry boasts a lustrous burgundy red hue in the glass. Highlights of ripe Blackberries, Raspberries and Elderberries on the nose
Crazy Mountain Lawyers, Guns and $$$: We use an assortment of crystal malts and throw a little Belgian Candi into the Brew Kettle to give a hearty maltiness. Dry hopping with American Hops gives this English style a refreshing American twist. Be cautious with this beer as overindulgence can result in the shit hitting the fan.
San Tan Devil’s Ale: An American Pale Ale that offers a sinfully crisp taste. Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops provide fiendishly aromatic pine and citrus flavors. Devil’s Ale pairs wonderfully with salmon and pork (BACON!!) and goes best with sharp cheeses such as Cheddar and Colby
Founders Dirty Bastard: So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads.
B.O.M. Tropeteur: The Wild & Funky is our response to the challenge to brew a new style of sour beer with mixed fermentation. Taste-wise, the beer fits perfectly within the Belgian tradition, but the brewing method is different than usual.
Beast Brewing Sexy Beast: Our flagship beer, Beast Ale, is an unfiltered Strong American Pale Ale made from American and English grains that are milled onsite for optimal freshness. The nose is bright citrus. In the secondary fermenter the beer is dry-hopped with Cascade whole leaf hops to provide a smooth, well balanced flavor and dry finish. Beast Ale has a deep copper color with a surprising ABV of 7.5%. IBUs 73.
Breakfast Box
Stone Xocoveza: Our chocolaty, winter-spiced mocha stout is back. This insanely delicious take on Mexican hot chocolate is crafted with cocoa, coffee, pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. First brewed in 2014 with San Diego homebrewer Chris Banker after his recipe was named the winner of our annual homebrew competition, it quickly became a cross-country sensation as craft beer media and fans cheered for Stone Xocoveza…and clamored for more. We too loved this beer, so of course we caroled ¡Claro que sí!
Founders Breakfast Stout: The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.
Big Sky Ivan the Terrible: Big Sky Brewing’s Ivan the terrible Imperial Stout is brewed according to the traditional style using English hops and the finest American malt. It’s aroma and flavor balance well between esters of dried fruit and roasted cocoa with a slight bourbon presence.
Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout: Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Pouring hard out of the bottle, Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness
Dr. Light
Bell’s Best Brown: A smooth, toasty brown ale, Best Brown Ale is a mainstay in our fall lineup. With hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops.
Oskar Blues Mama’s Lil’ Yella Pils: An uncompromising, small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czech Republic, famous. Unlike mass market‚ “pilsners‚” diluted with corn and rice, Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Saaz hops. While it’s rich with Czeched-out flavor, its gentle hopping (35 IBUs) and low ABV (just 5.3%) make it a luxurious but low-dose (by Oskar Blues standards) refresher.
Prescott Liquid Amber: A medium bodied ale with a malty caramel flavor and little hop character. Very smooth and flavorful. Cascade & Tettenang hops round out the profile of this flavorful brew.
Ballast Point Longfin Lager: Our Longfin Lager has become one of the go-to beers with the team at the brewery. A solidly balanced Helles that finishes clean with a hint of hops, it would easily fit in at any German beer garden. But we think it’s perfect for enjoying on the beach, the boat or anywhere else you can put an ice chest full of beer.
Great Divide Whitewater: American wheat ale built for exploration. The bold hop profile adds complexity to this crisp, balanced ale, while hints of citrus, light floral notes, and a satisfying bitterness leave a perfect reminder of trails climbed and rapids subdued. Whitewater is the perfect complement to any adventure.
Schofferhofer: Now that you’ve discovered the new unique taste of our beer, we salute your ways to keep it fresh. As an original – the first to combine Hefeweizen beer and grapefruit juice, we’d like to introduce you to the “proper” pronunciation of our unusual and challenging name: Chauffeur + ah + (The) Hoff + ah!
Fruit Cocktail
Odell Brombeere: We love blackberries as much as the next bear. So we wondered: what if we used the sweetness of those berries to complement the saltiness of a German-style sour wheat beer? Our blackberry gose (GOES-uh) is a balance of tangy and sweet, and as crisp and lively as some of our favorite late summer evenings.
Founders Rubaes: Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries added at multiple stages during fermentation, this stunning berry red masterpiece is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. No question about it, with a hefty malt bill and 5.7% ABV, this beer is 100% Founders

Papago Orange Blossom: This light wheat ale starts out with hints of bright citrus and ends with a creamy vanilla finish. Served tall with a fresh orange slice, Orange Blossom is the perfect relief from the Arizona heat.
San Tan Mr. Pineapple: A stylish wheat with a tropical personality, infused with fresh pineapple juice from Fair Trade Costa Rican farms, takes traditional wheat beer and adds some seriously cool character.
Anderson Valley Blood Orange Gose: Our Blood Orange Gose is a tart, refreshing wheat ale that is kettle-soured with lactobacillus and brewed with sea salt and coriander. However, unlike traditional versions of the style, ours features liberal additions of blood oranges during fermentation. This imparts tangy citrus notes that complement the champagne-like flavors, creating a complex and sessionable ale perfect for any occasion.
Intro to IPA
Great Divide Showdown Rye: Showdown is an IPA reimagined. With a heaping addition of hardy rye, this copper-hued beauty delivers an unmistakable spicy rye character, while a burly dose of American hops evokes the piney aroma of untamed wilderness. Balanced, bold, and brave, Showdown claims the prize.
Barrio Blanco: Some might say “The true test of a great white IPA is to create enough of a malt under structure to support a big beer while at the same time making it invisible, giving a stage to allow the hops to shine.” So we accepted the challenge and produced just that! This White IPA has crisp bold notes of citrus that ring out loudly. Fermented with a traditional ale yeast at 6% ABV and 60 IBU s, and rides on a transparent medium body. The White IPA, Barrio Blanco, is destined to become a desert classic.
Dragoon IPA: This is a true West Coast IPA – deep gold in color, featuring a dank, herbal, citrusy hop aroma supported by a spares malt backbone. It is appropriately bitter, with a relatively high alcohol content. Pair Dragoon IPA with spicy dishes (like chile verde or phở), but if spice isn’t your thing, you can’t go wrong with any aged sharp cheddar.
Founders All Day IPA: The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatics and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures
Uinta Dubhe: Named Utah’s Centennial Star in 1996, Dubhe (pronounced Doo-bee) illuminates the front of the big dipper from 124 light years away. Dubhe, also known as Alpha Ursae Majoris, is a red giant that appears orange in color and has a mass 4x that of the sun. The toasted, chocolaty dark malts align with an astronomical amount of hops.
Ballast Point Sculpin: After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.

Firestone Walker Easy Jack: Brewmaster Matt Brynildson went to the mountain and returned with a vision for a different kind of Session IPA, one that would be brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of new hop varieties from Europe, New Zealand and North America. He foresaw a beer that would deliver massive hop aromas, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you. And so the newest member of our Jack IPA family was born.
Barrio Rojo: Barrio Rojo is our newest version of a low hop, very malty, Scottish Ale. Traditionally Scottish Ales contained very minimal to zero hops allowing the higher amount of malt to shine through in the form of sweetness. We took our time to caramelize the brewing sugars to create a low bitterness, sweet beer with notes of caramel brown sugar and cinnamon.
Huss Magic in the Ivy: Named for the Ivy at Wrigley Field in Chicago, Magic in the Ivy is a very hop forward American Pale Ale. Magic in the Ivy is predominately hopped with Falconer’s Flight hops which provide distinct tropical characteristics. It is an extremely smooth and drinkable beer. Try pairing it with grilled burgers or pizza with many ingredients; it will go equally well with lighter fare like sushi and green salads.
Lumberyard IPA: This is a heavier bodied ale with a higher bitterness. The blend of several varieties of American hops make this copper colored ale especially pleasing for pale ale lovers. Prominent hop aroma with citrus and floral notes. Hop emphasized with a firm bitterness accented by a subtle malt sweetness. Pairs well with spicy food, meat, creamy mild cheese. Silver Medal Winner at the 2009 Great American Beer Festival. Bronze Medal Winner at the 2010 World Beer Cup.
Ska Modus Mandarina: We collaborated with Kyle on a special batch of “Kyle’s Manipulated Modus”- Modus Hoperandi brewed with orange peel and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops.
